I've finished a puzzle but the new one doesn't load!

This happens when a mistake is made towards the end of the puzzle. Even if the mistake is solved the program doesn't recognise the right answer.

Solution? Load the puzzle again and repeat it from the beginning.

I don't have speakers. What can I do with the listening activities?

If you don't have speakers you can sidestep the listening activities by clicking on the "click to continue" link. This will take you to a crossword where sound is not needed.

I cannot finish a puzzle because it's too difficult.

Puzzles become more difficult as the course advances. Turn off the computer and leave it till tomorrow. Then, proceed slowly and you'll be able to get the answers more easily.

How do I get my certificate?

Once you have finished all the puzzles the program will deliver your certificate automatically.
